Current boundary
The site can help readers navigate topics and public sources. Current-status-sensitive claims should be checked against the public sources listed on each page.
The public boundary is deliberately conservative: pages can explain what a source indicates, but they should not turn testnet behavior, tooling experiments, proposals, or local observations into settled mainnet guidance. When a page depends on current software or release status, the source status note is part of the answer.
What must stay visible
Source IDs, last-checked dates, Open Questions, and related routes must remain visible during future edits. A clean page is not allowed to hide uncertainty; it should make the uncertainty easier to understand and easier to recheck.
Deployment should only happen after the generated site, rendered pages, reader gates, staging package, and deployed equivalence checks all pass. This page is the reader-facing reminder of that boundary, while the local validators enforce it before release.
